Well, I'm proud to say that I only weigh 279.4 right now! That's down over 5lbs. from my highest weight while I was on my little hiatus here from WW. I've been following the plan fully for a few days (working up to it with baby steps before that) and went to my first WW meeting in a while. I expected the scale to read more than my last weight, but it didn't! I was down .4 from the last time I went to WW. I guess baby steps really DO work when you just can't seem to get fully back on track all at once. I am so happy. And I am looking forward to continued weight loss from here. I've reset my weightloss ticker to record from here, because I really do feel like I'm starting all over.

I got my ASS kicked today in Water Aerobics. When did W/A get hard? I went to a newly opened gym and they started us off with 25-30mins of intense aerobics. My body's just not used to that - I'm used to a gentler class. Oh, well, guess this will just kick my exercize routine up a notch - it could use it. But dang, I'm not used to being fully worked out after W/A!

I've been sick for the last 2-3 weeks and FINALLY went to the doctor last Saturday. He's pretty sure its my gall bladder, which may need to be removed, but we're waiting for test results. Also, I had one VERY high blood pressure reading while I was there, so they are concerned - even though the rest of my readings have ranged from high to low normal - I keep going back everyday to get it checked. I don't think I truly have high blood pressure issues. . . especially since one of my readings was very low - my normal range. Anyway, I hope I don't have to have my gall bladder removed - the timing couldn't be worse. My marriage is coming up and I really can't take any more time off - especially since I have to perform to quota or be fired this quarter. Oh boy! If I DO have to have my gall bladder removed, I'm hoping I can wait until October. I could be putting the cart before the horse here, though, because we're still awaiting test results. Wish me luck!

Congrats on the loss :)

I'm sending you good thoughts for the health issues - here's to hoping things are easily treatable :)

Congrats on the loss! All those baby steps add up to gigantic leaps.

And I hope all goes well with your gall bladder and that if it does need to be removed, that it works out with your schedule.
