I'm on track today!

My babysteps have lead me to be on track today so far - and I'm planning to stay on track!

I weighed in at 283 and my waist now measures 48." I've meal planned dinners for the week and meals for the day, I'm tracking in my journal and making sure I follow the good-health guidelines, I did my yoga this morning, and I plan to go to water aerobics tonight and a WW meeting tomorrow. It feels good to be back on plan!

Crossing fingers that I can keep this up over the next few days (no more major stresses to interfere) - cause darnit, I don't want to GAIN weight right now. Must fit into the awesome wedding dress I bought!
