Today's Weight: 267.5

Aarg! I was down to 266 yesterday, but didn't post because it was an extremely busy weekend. Now I'm back up to good old 267.5. I hope I don't "plateau" this week, but I just might. Oh well, I've had great weight loss the last three weeks. :-)

My knee started really hurting again. My physical therapist and I discussed surgery as a possible option once more - I'm going to have to see an othorpedic surgeon if the pain doesn't diminish. I didn't do any exercizes for my knee - just TLC this time at PT. I wish it didn't hurt so much. It affects my ability to do my job and keep my house clean.

I just have to say that I am impressed that you are able, unlike me, to swim more than a couple of laps :) This is wonderful excercise especially considering your knee issues :(

A friend of mine sent me a really great article a few weeks ago about weighing yourself and why it can be different from one day to the next but really there's not truly a "loss" or "gain" - if I can find it again I'll post it to the one pound at a time group. It had some really great food for thought (pun intended ;)) about how even just the time of day you weigh yourself can affect what the scale says. The point: You are doing awesome, don't let that number worry you so much :)

Thank you! You're right about the weight not really being a loss or gain - I won't let it worry me that much. I am doing fairly well - 3 weeks of over 2lb. losses ain't too shabby! :-)
