Today's Weight: 268.5

On the home scale. I'm not worried at all about the 1 pound gain since I ate a salt rich dinner last night - it will easily come off.

Exercize/Health - Yesterday I woke up dizzy and felt woozy most of the day. I did get in some evening Yoga (which I don't normally do) in leu of swimming. I was afraid of falling asleep in the pool and got advice to avoid it. But I feel lame, because I just worked up to 40 laps and I don't want to lose that progress by not swimming for a week. (I can't swim again till next Tues. due to the pool schedule and the fact that I'll be out of town this weekend). I really need to see the sleep doctor. I'm on a medication to prevent me from falling asleep during the day already (it's for narcoleptics) - and yet the drowsiness still hits sometimes. Something's wrong - I suspect that I might have develped sleep apnea, which weight loss should help.

Yikes! I didn't see your post over at the community until this morning. Yes, you wouldn't want to fall asleep in the pool. That would be scary. I would think that a couple days away wouldn't set you back too far in your laps.
